A while ago I was contacted by Christina behind the knitwear brand Slow Knitwear. She asked if I would like to become one of her test knitters, and all of a sudden I had my very first test knit project on my needles. The Tromsø x Neck Warmer was quickly made, despite the fact that I had to rip out a lot of stitches due to incorrect gauge, and start over. I’m very happy with the result. It’s so warm and comfy!
Had a few skeins of Camarose Lamauld from when I visited Garntopia in Oslo a while ago. I also had some skeins of Angel by Permin lying without a plan. This combination of yarn fitted perfectly together. I absolutely L O V E the colour of the Camarose yarn. The colour is named Bordeaux and has the most wonderful shade. I have to knit a sweater in this yarn some day! The mohair yarn is in colour no 17. The pattern is originally made by one thread of Iris Alpakka and one thread of Inca Alpakka, both from Rauma.
